NC-30/NC-35 Adjustable Cams
Several years ago, we purchased 3 sets of cam sprocket adaptors from Ricky Leddy at RLR Motorsports to make our cams adjustable. We paid something like $650 USD per set of 4 cams just for the adaptors. I didn't understand how these could be so expensive.....until I tried to have them made myself. These took a lot of work, a lot of design, re-design and re-re-design. Although these are vastly re-designed from the original RLR design, I want to make sure Ricky gets credit where credit is due. They did start as a direct copy of his (that he no longer makes BTW).
Finally, after over a year, we have the first 4 of 20 pieces. I have installed the adaptors on 2 cams and they work beautifully. Looking at the final part doesn't even illustrate the pain we went through to get the press fit correct, the flang design to keep the gear running true and the troubles having the center of the hardened Honda gear ground out to size. It was a ton of work I tell you....and still cost about $600/set of 4
But..........here they are:

As stated I had to order 20 assemblies to get a fair price. That's 5 engines worth. We only need 4 engines worth, which means 1 set is available @ $600 USD + shipping. If I get lots of requestes, maybe I can have a few more sets thrown in with the original order of 20 (16 still due), but I need a commitment now. Please let me know if you are interested. For What Its Worth, degreed cams can be worth 3 to 4 hp depending on how far out they are and what state of tune your engine is currently in.
