Hi guys,

OK so I'm running a reg/rec off a CBR NC29 on my VFR NC24. It's wired up correctly, the only thing that is bothering me a bit is that it's giving off an output voltage of +- 15.5v across the battery @ 5000rpm. About a year ago I blew a TCI unit due to over charging but that was at 17+v @ idle.

I've seen many people say charging voltage should be 13.5-14.5/15v. Just looking for some input as to whether or not a 15.5v output is going to be damaging the TCI or not. I don't know how much the TCI can handle and do not want to have to replace it again...
