Tyre pressure
Hi all,
Glad i found this site.
i was wondering what sort of tyre pressures you run on the fzr400.
Do you run different summer/winter ?
I have had mine a week (first bike) and will post pics up soon.

Re: Tyre pressure
I run 2.1 bar up front and 2.3 at the back. And don't change for summer and winter.

Re: Tyre pressure
Thanks for the quick reply Marb
That seems low, my mate runs his GSXR750 at 2.3 front and 2.7 rear.
Could this be due to the fact that his bike is heavier than mine?

Re: Tyre pressure
I believe a GSXR750 weighs in at just over 200kilos, an FZR400 comes in at 150kg. So yeah, makes quite a diff.

Re: Tyre pressure
really it will depend what tyres your using, then try the manufactures website and see if it lists them. Failing this try 32 front 34 rear, it's not going to the right pressures but they'll be near.

Re: Tyre pressure
I had 2.4/2.8 for a while but that was WAY to hard. Had load of rearwheel chatter, specially when coming outta corners hard.
