I have bent a front wheel (along with a lot more) in an accident and I was wondering what the lightest replacement would be that isnt going cost the earth ie the front from the cbr600f or vfr400 lighter than an nc23. The rear also needs replacing but I believe I'm very limited in that area.
Thanks
P.S I'm not worried about the number of spokes matching

I'm pretty certain NC23 wheels are a bit lighter than the NC29 ones. They generally are also a bit cheaper as they are not as sought after (i.e. 3 spoke and 18* rear). I bet Graeme France will have some for sale, drop him a PM.

After a bit of research ie asking eBay sellers, and such.
CBR600F: 4.4kg (with bearings)
NC29 Gullarm: 4.5kg (with bearings)
VFR400 NC30: 4.2kg (without bearings. 4.4 with?)
NC23 tri-arm: 4.4kg (with bearings)
RVF400 NC35: ....???
I'm not sure if these are 100% but as far as I am concerned it answers my question

All of those wheels are exactly the same bar the 23 wheel which is 3 spoked.
