I'm sure this has been asked before, but have seached the various forums and come up short.

The bike is fitted with the later cartridge forks and needs new seals.

Can anyone tell me the fork quantity or air gap?

Mr Haynes states 408cc of oil with a 120mm air gap.

I forgot to add - the air gap is measured without the spring in and the fork fully compressed, but you knew that anyway didn't you
