Hi I have the option too purchase one of these for my 91 manufactured nc30 , are they worth puttin on and what are the benefits , guys asking £45 posted , need too know soon as I can if possible many thanks in advance ,

They just remove the jap restriction and In effect there just the same as wiring in a £0.02p resistor into the loom but they have the advantage of just being plug and play.

So is it a worth while buy or not , according too my speedo am already getting 130 ish so it maybe deristricted already an he wants 45 quid ,

sounds derestricted to me, thats assuming your running standard gearing, your speedo will be over reading if your not

Far as I know all standard gearing and I bought the screw in converter on the back of speedo and have riden at 50 with a mate at same speed on a bandit an his read 50 too , perhaps leave it an put money towards a second set of fairings as want too get it sprayed up rc30 colours , cheers for your help ,

That just means your clock now reads mph instead of kmph. As the restriction kicks in at 180 kmph, your no longer restricted as the 400 is never going to do 180mph! Save the money.

screw in speedo convertor does exactly the same thing as the plug in box.
no need for it on your bike.
