NC30 Vs NC35 yolk nut thread size

Can someone help me out here...?
Am I correct in thinking the NC30 and NC35 have a different size top yolk nuts (due to different size yolk thread) ?
I believe the NC35 is M24 x 1.00 but not sure about the NC30.

Yes you are correct. The nut for the top yoke is very different between the rvf and vfr, sorry I cant do exact sizes atm tho

The NC30 takes after the RC30, which also has an oddly large steering stem.
I was playing around with my bikes the other day and noticed that the aftermarket alloy steering stem plug from my NC30 fit perfectly in the axle of my RC36. Not terribly useful trivia, but given the dearth of NC30 steering stem plugs out there (I've looked), possibly useful!
