Hi My NC29 faring is in pretty bad shape and a friend has got a brand new RC30 race faring for a good price.

How different is the RC30 from the NC29 in respect of the front faring is it worth tyring to make it fit or are they very different.

save yourself a lot of time and grief, just get a Chinese 29 fairing instead of hacking the rc30 one.

RC30 ? you mean NC30 yes ?
RC30 is massive compared to the NC30 one and not even the same shape and would swamp the NC30
NC30 again is nothing like the NC29, buy a chinese job and fit that for the cheapest and least stress route
