RRSP's versus Race Tech emulators?

Post by m1rk666 »

One of my 3TJ RR fork seals has started to leak and I'm going to use this as an excuse to upgrade the front suspension. Don't want to replace the front end, so my options seem to be either Race Tech gold valve emulators and springs when I replace the seals or a pair of RRSP forks. Bike is currently only used on the road. A number of you seem to be using the RRSP forks but are there any opinions/comparisons of the RRSP's versus the emulators? From what I can gather RRSP's can be quiet expensive, so the emulators may be the cheapest option (cost versus gain)?

When I spoke to RaceLab (they rebuilt my SP forks) they said not to bother with the emulators. Just renew the fork springs and oil.
Do the shock as well as the front and back work together
