hey everyone, I have a gk76a which was rich in the midrange so took the carbs off to clean them up a bit, as the were off i removed the foloat bowls and put em back with the old gasket, mostly because i dont know where to get new ones from, I recall something about not using instant gasket stuff on the float bowls as it will still leak.
Anyone know where i can get float bowl gaskets or if there is anything i can use?
Also, would badly leaking float bowls stop the engine from sarting?

Thanks, Tam

You will need to order them from riders in yeovil. http://www.ridersmotorcycles.co.uk Whilst you are ordering get the o-ring seals for under the main jets as when these perish you end up with a rich mixture due to fuel leaking past the jets.
