What's the longest shock you can use in the nc without making it look stupid and unsteady on the side stand and is there any linkages that can lower a nc cheers stu

The shock I'm hoping to use is 330mm eye to eye the nc 30 one is 310 I've put the 330 on but it sits to high I could lose 5mm by losing the bottom lock nut for the shock that would leave me 15mm any ideas. Cheers stu
