Rear Wheel Nut Holding pin missing?

Hi there guys,
Should the back wheel have a holding pin going through it? (looks like it should).

Yeah it should have one. Pretty sure I saw them on Tyga Performance the other for $6 or something.
I'm using a split pin after my acco the other day... Mine musta how for a walk :)

I just use a R pin.
