this frame has already been cut/welded as the front arms do not match a NC23s in any way.

finding naked NC23 pics isnt too common, but found enough to see the front arm is different.... doesnt match a CBR6 1992 either.. but the 6 lump fits... "they" also modified the mono shock mount too.. which i think there is a CBR6 shock in it.. cant tell as never seen a 6 shock.
