NC30 Speedo reading wrong??????

Hi,
I have just finished building my NC30 and having taken her out for a few test rides I'm not sure the speedo is correct.
I'm following the flow of traffic (approx 70mp)on a dual carriageway and my speedo is reading 90mph. Does anyone know what would cause the difference and how I could fix it??
Cheers.

Standard wheel size but the rear sprocket is a 42 tooth. Would that be the cause? If so how can I fix it?

It drives off the gearbox sprocket and so is fixed to the revs of the bike
fitting a larger rear sprocket will make it read high, but not that high
You sure it is a proper NC30 speedo?

Somebody could have had it apart and took the needle off and then put it on in the wrong place.
After which they are a nightmare to get right.

How many teeth on the gearbox sprocket?
