Potential stupid question, however, I've just started putting back together my rear hub after new bearings and seals and have found that the collar (part no 42621MR8000) that I removed (could have sworn it was between the lip seal and ball bearing) doesn't pass over the splined section of the shaft.

Does anyone have a photo of this section when assembled and does anyone have any dimensions of said collar in case I need to find another one?

Maybe I have picked up something of a similar size which just isn't correct from my parts box......
