fitting new chain

hello all,
im fitting a new chain tomorrow using a chain rivet tool and im just looking for some tips!!!
ive never fitted a chain before so im looking for as much info as possible.

just make sure it is all properly lined up with the pin... dont go to mad with the tightening as the pins can snap easy.. well that happened to me! but if you keep your eye on it and dont forget to rivvet it over you should be fine!

dont bother messing around with the old chain trying to slide out a pn.
just get the angle grnder and grnd t off, saves a lot of ballache
as said preciously, don't go mad with the tighten. you wll only put a tight link n the chain then!!

Last chain I fitted came with nice little spacer plates that when fitted meant you couldn't squish the plates together too much.
