Hi guys. Heres a picture of how far i am with riveting my chain links.



I have added a good amount of pressure already and dont want to push it too hard. Any advise would be great cheers. Connor

Yep still good play in it. But the tool i am using is not sitting flush yet when i tighten it. So indicates that there is further to go. Or should that be enough? Thanks

It looks enough to me, if you compare the end of the pins with how they were to start off there about there. I had solid pins on my last Regina chain and had to use a hammer to peen the ends. Ill be getting a soft link like that next time.

is the plate the same distance as all the rest ? ie is the back plate exactly in line to the others and the front face plate too - so putting the same correct pressure on the o rings ?
if so then your done.
i would peen the ends over slightly for peace of mine, just splay them out slightly even if it splits the dishing slightly.
