does any body know what ohms reading there should be on the stator windings as bike isnt charging ? getting 0.6 ohms on all 3 wires is this correct ?

Hi, i can have a look at mine tomorow if i remember, it in bits so should be ok. Are there any shorts to ground on the three stator wires?
Its prob the reg/rec thats at fault, the one on mine went last year.

i put another regulator on from a breakers,was told it was tested ok.but still the same, not charging.ie battery does not charge when running. ?

Hi, really sorry about the delay, i'm getting about 0.7 ohms on mine to the three generator wires, i was gonna get the running disconected voltages for you aswell but not had time, i'll have a go tomorow if it stops raining.
