rough running nc29

Post by formula400 »

the other night riding home from work my bike felt rough, the bast way to describe it is "when its about to run out of petrol and it get rough, lumpy and stutters" it does not pull away like it should do and it takes a while to up up to full speed. it`s doing this all the time now, and once or twice it wanted to cut out so i put the tank onto reserve and it got slightly better, but still not right.

i`ve had the tank off and petrol come out of there ok.
could it be a blocked fuel line or something worse

hows the fuel pump?
when this starts to go it feeds the carbs in fits n starts.
do also check kinks/cuts in fuel lines.
last time spark plugs were checked?
