My seat tabs on the fairing keep breaking, I'm trying to stop that.

Aren't there supposed to be rubber bungs on the bottom of the front seat http://postimg.org/image/9w8fxv5c1/ ?
If yes, how do they look like, is there something I can use to replace them?
