fan fuse keeps blowing
hi fan fuse keeps blowing. Fitted fan switch, i've disconnected fan(well cut wires oops)and it's still blowing fuse were next? p.s getting spark when fitting fuse if this helps any. cheers :) fzr400/600 3en1

There's probably more than just the fan on the circuit so its probably that other thing that's blowing the fuse.
Did you fit the switch before this problem or as a result of it ?
The fan will be controlled from a thermo switch and it sounds like its duff. Have a look at a 3he wiring diagram and a 3tj one ... there's one in the "documents" up at the top of the page. Im not sure how you test them though. Chech the wires havent been butchered an make sure all the crimps are tight, and they have insulators on them ... not just sticky tape.
