1WG fork spring strength

Long story short.
One of the fork seals on my FZR250RR has blown. I think this was after hitting a large pothole
I will order the seals tomorrow.
I have in my shed a set of 38mm forks which I am sure are 1WG FZR400. The forks on the FZR250 are also 38mm. New they are supposed to be 560mm long and 0.8~1.4Kgf/mm but at 23years old?????
Does anyone know what the strength/length of the 1WG fork springs are??? If I knew for sure they were harder I think I would rather refit them into the 250 forks when I do the seals as a zero cost 'upgrade'.
The rear end of the 250 already has a Hagon shock with a spring for a 'European' rider, tho maybe still soft for me
