VFR400 NC30 1992 What fuel?

What fuel is the best for my NC30 (its brand new to me so I'm not sure). Here in South Africa we have 93 and 95 Octane unleaded (obviously 95 is the best of those two) and we have LRP (lead replacement fuel for older vehicles). I know that unleaded fuel can be bad for old motors (the lead helps lubricate the valves and stops the seats from wearing) but some engines have strong enough valve seats etc for this not to be a problem.

So.... what fuel should I be running it on?

Thanks for the help

93 unleaded will be fine.

The bike was designed for unleaded 91 RON or higher.

The complications arise becuase not all countries sell their fuel by the RON number, there is also MON and PON (PON is the average of MON/RON I believe)

SA uses RON so 93 it is.
