got my Brembo's i bought from Italy also got the fitting kit from SES race parts in the UK

still got to bleed them & lock wire as this is a race bike

using the standard master cylinder, i have a nice Brembo radial but because i race in a period class can't use i was told as no road bikes had them in the period, do you know of a better master cylinder i could use that's not radial ?

I dunno.

Best to use one from a bike that uses those calipers, aprilia rs250, ducatis etc.

hmm ok the calipers came from a Ducati i'll look into it cheers again Cammo

A 98-9 cbr 900 master looks very similar to stock but is the right size.

I used a cagiva planet brembo master on my cb-1 and the lever clashed with the control pods. Could also be an issue with a stock duc master.

If you want it the 00-03 cbr 900 master was another technological step forwards, the last word before radials came in.

All the above will work well with big 4 pots, your stock master will have over long throw and be a bit vague in feel. But it will work and give great braking power from two fingers, if that doesn't trap your other fingers under the lever.

do you know if the vfr400 lever will fit either of the master cylinders you recommended ? i lashed out & bought cnc levers already to fit the vfr400 master cylinder

ok thats great cammo , another thing just want to confirm s ifi go the 2000 / 2003 master cylinder it will gve good feel & less movemen at the lever ?

well i guess now i just have to find a master cylinder now from a 00 / 03 Blade, after looking on ebay apears not that easy :oops: :oops:
