nc30 17" rear wheel
Just wondering how much a 17" rear wheel would fetch for an nc30. Also how much would a 17" x 5" VFR750 go for.
What is the advantage of eather wheel, I know the hub needs machining for the 17" 750 wheel and its 1/2" wider.
Im just undecided on what to use on my project, I could just use an 18" nc30 as they go for penuts but its tyre choice that is putting me off.

17 inch RVF wheel - which is what you want..goes for £150+ cheapest...
You need a hub kit from Rick Oliver to fit the VFR750 wheel..
Pretty much pays your money and takes your choice...but none of these are pricey.
As you seem to have the nous and skills to machine stuff - get your hands on a Bros NTV400 rear wheel. They are heavy but will be adaptable to your curret swngarm. ook at about £50 for one of these.. .

£150 way out of budjet so thats the RVF out of question, sure there only about £180 new on ebay but surly second hand ones dont change hands for that money.
I have looked into the mod for the hub and it hounestly looks easy (ok not that easy but not rocket scince)

The NTV400 wheel, does this look just like the 600-650 wheel, if so it wont look right.
I gess if I go down the 17" route it will have to be the VFR750 wheel.
Forgot to say, its for an RD350 hybrid.

Most people with an NC30 want one plus racers want spares so as ever when there is a demand and limited supply they go for real money.
