As title, I've made the schoolboy error of not having all the right tools for the job.

)27mm, and you need the correct castle peg spanner for the other side to tighten the lock nut whist holding the adjuster from turning.
Torque adjuster to 11, lock nut 58 and finally spindle nut to 69ft/lbs
