Hey. Been reading up on suspension setup and fancy tweeking my rvfs damping and maybe rear ride height a touch. Can someone tell me if a standard RVFs suspension damping adjusters are for rebound, bump or both (i suspect rebound only) as i would like to know what im adjusting before i start....

You suspect correctly, they're for rebound only.
