I recall seeing that system on here before im sure it was a custom job. And it looks horendous no disrespect to who owns it or made it but really?

Seen something similar on an Rvf400 race bike at scarborough before maybe not a one off

It helps with the downforce, like in f1.

Those discs look like how my EBC ones went every time after riding in heavy rain.....

Thats because there iron which i believe is the best for braking
