Alloy bottom yoke 3TJ + pic

Post by Evilchicken0 »

Is there any interest in these ???
I know it all depends on the cost but if all the stars are roughly in the right place at the right time and you squint a bit, something may be possible.

Put your name down if you're interested the more the merrier (read cheaper).

Loosing weight is good, extra stiffness won't be objected to...

I'm interested.

exactly ... Well because I've been away this has kind of been on hold, mainly because the courier (yodel) couldn't find my office to pick up the original 3tj yokes. That seems to have gone out today so maybe there will some headway.

We can do them, and I have a profile/model drawn but haven't had the time to make them yet- there's more to it that shoveling in a load of ally at one end and the machine spitting the finished yokes out the other! I reckon there's a couple of days in just making the tooling to hold the part and a prototype then you have to test it to make sure it's safe to sell before you can make a batch for sale. BDK's stuff might be pricey but at least you know it's been tested in use.
