I've been Told that the CBR 600 f3 shock is a direct fit for the nc29 but you need to cut a V shape out of the linkage for a screw on the shock??? Can anyone give me some advice as to where, how deep etc to cut this V shape and pictures would definitely help :D

fit the shock, then see how deep the V needs to be "cut". remove shock & get filing away... may need to refit shock to check its enough.
