This should increase the power a little

Here is an update of my Streetfighter.
After rebuilding the whole 600 motor with a updated gearbox selector (can't remember brand) and better condition box I am now back in the rebuild stage.
Few jobs to sort like wire in the clocks and rest of loom. Get new battery, am going lithium on this on.
Here is a pic of current progress.
Need to reroute boost pipe and move thermostat, fit carbs, plenum and fill with oil.
Any comments or questions welcome.

Just thought I would update this thread as its been a while!
I am now working to have this running within the next few weeks, it now sits with a Thundercat tank, which in my eyes fits the frame a hell of alot better than the 3TJ tank.
I had to adjust the tank slightly to fit the boost pipe from my turbo seen below
Oh and the tank is a little deeper so takes up space where stock parts normally sit so this is the new home of the fuel pump and battery... New battery box being built next week then it's just progress from there.
The motor is in the frame, the plenum and all turbo side of items are in situ, the fuel side of things are nearly complete just final plumbing to do.
Couple of minor issues with radiator as it catches on the exhaust from turbo at the moment but that will be sorted ASAP before fire up.
Old pic of where exhaust exits, so it can be seen to catch the radiator pipe.
Any comments welcome

There's a good bit of progress now, bikes running and working, still a few glitches that need ironing out but will be road worthy for next season, even though I hate the idea of seasons
Will stick the links to YouTube on in a minute, or just search for FZR400 600 turbo.

Hopefully my link loads up, this is the bike running with a major boost leak as no dump valve was fitted so had a open pipe.
Now have a new turbo to fit and changing a few parts to run more reliable boost and a little quicker spool

No idea about embedding it - it does not want to play.
Good effort though - be cool once you get it sorted and lend it me for a trackday

4foot 6 wheelbase and around 150bhp is going to be a little to wheelie happy for an ordinary track day :) will be about a few shows and track events hopefully.
