hi there i wanna put a 600rr rear fairing on my 89 nc23 i wanted to know if i did this could i put and under seat pipe and a rear strip brake light. would this be possible and not make it look bad?.

I don't think it's possible without making the bike look bad...

maybe i should just get a 600 fairing then

It's probably worth putting that money towards a newer 600, rather than waste it on trying to make an old 400 look twenty years newer. Money spent on fancy fairings and elaborate exhausts is money you'll never get back. If anything you'll decrease the overall value of the bike...
