Leaking fork seals

I rebuilt my forks about 600 miles ago using pyramid fork seals and now one of them is leaking from the top, I'm unsure what to do, should I just replace the top dust seal or strip them all down and rebuild them with genuine Honda seals? And uprate the internals in some way?

Regards Matt

you've just learned that you buy cheap, you buy twice..

pattern fork seals are pretty gash IMO..

I'd get some Honda ones and know they are done properly and will be reliable

yea thats what i plan on doing now is just genuine parts i'd rather pay the little extra, just not sure whether to uprate the springs and change the bushes at the same time as the seals

Hi check your bushes by turning the bike to full lock, against the stop, and feeling for any play. if you are stripping down the forks, see if the bushes have the black teflon coating on them, if this is thin and you can see the copper cloour clearly then its well worth replacing them.
