The other way is use a Revere front yoke. You do have to stand the forks a bit taller though.

I didn't like straight bars on my -1, but it's all personal taste when it comes to ergos.

Hi i saw at a bike show today a HONDA VT 400 bros that had standard 41mm alloy clamp to the top of the forks bars on these had a rise of about 3" and would fit strait on my cb1 without moving the forks or changing the top yoke at all and would be a good way to get a better riding position which is what i wanted still my conversion is done now

Not sure the originals ona bros are any higher he may have had VFR bars fitted?

ok but it gave nearly as much rise as my conversion with a much neater look still i already had the bar risers and handlebars that i used and i only had to bore out the risers to 41mm from 38mm to fit them with a longer clutch choke and throttle cables which i also had so mine was a very cheap to do conversion which is good for my wallet all the best rick

If you want flatbars on the bike a cb400sf yoke will give this.
Bros’s have a few different height bars from what I’ve seen I expect depends on year
