Head Bolt Torque?

Hi im just wondering whats the torque settings on the head bolts on the NC35?
Just gotta pull the heads off for a look, got new gaskets...

Cant remember off the top of my head, its in the haynes manual though which IMO if your taking the head off you will definatly need, its not too difficult taking them off its just setting the cam timing is fairly complicated. What are you looking for when you take them off btw?
