Hi, i have lurked on here for a while, but needed a bit of advice to decided to finally register. I bought an nc23 last year a track bike, I am currently turning it round but i am planning on rebuilding the engine tonight and i only have one half of the gearbox output shaft bearing oil ring. I stripped the spare engine and that only had one in it too ( i could make a full one out the two halfs) but my question is should it just half half a ring or a full one? haynes is not too clear either.
