VFR 400 NC 30 has spark and fuel but doesn`t start

hey ppl , i have a nc30 that doesn`t want start- removed carb`s and they are clean coils are firing( i know this because i made the mistake of touching the d#mn plug wires while pushing start button,shocking surprise!!! 
) but it still doesn`t start- checked timing on cams and crank pully all seems fine. 
ANYONE WHO HAS ANY INFO - PLEASE HELP i feel like i want to throw it off a cliff
