Rear Shock Linkage

I'm cleaning and checking over my daughters rear swingarm and shock assemblies and all seems to be pretty sound.
Only one thing I need clarification on: On the triangular shock pivot the smallest of the bearings/bushes is stuck fast whereas the other two are moving freely. I suspect this is normal as on the parts diagram it is described as a bush as opposed to a bearing.

Could someone clarify this for me before I re-assemble?

Ah that.

It's a tight fitting rubber bush. That part doesn't' move much.

You won't be able to move it by hand well.

I belive Rick O used to (maybe still does) sell a needle-roller bearing kit if you want to change it (the RVF uses a needle roller here too I think)

Maybe offeres some small benefit
