This isnt supposed to leak fuel...

thats the overflow pipe for carbs? if not wrong, some dirt is stuck in the bowl... :peace:

If fuel is flowing out of the overflow pipe it is most likely to be sticking fuel shut off valves these are just where the fuel pipes enter the carbs sometimes you can give them a tap with a piece of wood or plastic to unstick them or you may have to get new ones if there is to much damage to the float valve seats. you may get away with not takeing the carbs off to replace the float valves if you need to replace them hope this helps rick

It'll just be a stuck float valve. Unfortunately, that means you're going to have to strip the carbs out, because there's no way you're getting the bowl off if in situ if they're the original screws. I doubt you could fix it in situ either, but it may be worth a try. Certainly a lot less effort than stripping it.
