Hi guys Ive tried a search for this info but cant find what I need.
I have a RS 250 shock on the way for me and a trackday at the weekend so wont have time to play with spring weights so Im looking for some advice.
Can anyone tell me what length x weight spring I need?
Im 11.5-12 stone and also use the bike on the road.
Oh I also have a 5mm ride height spacer in with the standard shock and wondering if I
will need this with the Rs shock? Its a pre 98 shock so no adjustment for ride height.

ive got an RS250 aprilia shock and the jack up plate with the standard RVF spring in, works ok for me
