Spring will need changing and possibly the shim stack too as its setup for a very soft spring compared to what the NC needs. Fits straight in tho im told.

The spring you can do yourself but my guess is your have very little damping with a harder spring, as stock they run near maximum damping with that soft spring.

Depends how much you pay for one, atleast once its done you know its perfect for you. With a second hand Maxton your going to need to budget for a refresh anyway.

Looking at 2nd hand prices, they are about £100-150, need some light frame modification and even re-damped or re-sprung. Would you not save your money and have the standard one re-built or go for an entry level Maxton or Nitron? Would be nearly about the same sorta money (maybe a little more) but it'll slot right in with no issues.
