3TJ Carbs Wanted
With all these 600 projects around it leads me to thinking.
My 400's carbs have started to flood. It's more pronounced if the bike sits for any length of time. When I clean them and it's better but doesn't disappear. If the bike gets ridden it gets better too. I've had a look at the floats and can't see any petrol in them.
So I could get the floats checked and have them balanced etc. Or I could have rebuilt with new seals I hate doing things like that as I'm never acurate enough with these things. Or I could get a secondhand set from all you people swapping engines ... which is probably the easy thing to do ...
Let me know if you have some and how much you want

Hi Evil,
As my 400 engine is coming out, i have a set of carbs that are going spare, how does £20.00 sound??

The £20 carb option is looking good to me as it's a quick fix.
But I'll bring th old ones to Brands and let you have a look at them ... I'd preffer to keep them with the pump.

Nice one Chris - I'll try and get down there when it won't interfere with practice
