ive been away for a while, got some cash together for another viffer,
look on ebay and people are demanding silly money for heaps that need new fairings and stuff!
or theyve put chinese fairings on it and want £100's more!!!
what am i missing? have they become alot more desireable over the last few months?

i bought mine 3 mouths ago for £1000 and i thought that was a good deal, and with all the effort iv put it id probably ask for about £1200-£1300 now but iv probably spent about £500 on it, i think people dont realise that when you spend money on a bike the value of the bike dosent go up by that amount

You'll hardley ever get your money back on a bike unless it's a true rare classic, as said before, people don't seem to understand that.
Get an NC24, there fetching pennies. There was an ubermint one on ebay a few weeks ago in the RC30 colours that had only done 9000km, I went to have a look at it, it was literally flawless and it only fetched £900.00, plus with the 180 firing they sound much nicer than the 30 / 35 imho!

Many threads along the same lines and yes people are on drugs out there.
As for the 24 with is 180 degree crank and firing sounding nicer than the NC30 or RC30 - i think you could be on your own thinking that. The 24 sounds just like a VFR750/800 and lacks the bark of the other models
