Hello
Just changed the clutch plates on my NC30, after putting it back together there is now no lever pressure, push rod is in the right place and torqued up to correct setting as per Haynes manual, any ideas?

Have you adjusted the cable?

Did you put all springs back in when replaceing plates?

Yes adjusted cable then had pressure for a liitle while, then it made a sound like something popped out of place and lost pressure again. Yes all 3 spring plates went back in and all torqued up just cant figure it out!!!

It is going to be the little gubbins that is inside the actuator arm section - when you remove the cable and the gubbins that this twists and pushes the rod....there is a small piece that is easily dislodged. Make sure that is in place and setup right....

10p on it...
