Ok guy's slight issue, when i'm stopped at a light or w/e im in 1st gear the clutch is fully in yet i can still feel the bike pull and the revs drop slowly till it finally cuts out, it doesnt lurch or anything like that it litterly just cuts out, i've tried adjusting the cable on the lever side which is making the bite point move but having no effect on the rev's dropping and it eventually cutting out, i've tried it in second gear aswell and it does the same, i'm also finding it impossible to find neutral when i'm at a stop unless the bike is off? Any ideas would be great!

idling screw? whats your idling rpm?

In neutral it idles fine at about 1.2-1.3k RPM but if i leave it, it does tend to cut out also, but wouldn't explain why im getting pull with the clutch fully in, don't fancy stripping out and getting a new gasket just to find out it's something simple !

you mean you feel the pull when clutch in with rpm dropping to 0?
adjust bitting point further away from your grip, giving very little free play only. if you want the lever closer when clutch out, i suggest you get the levers on bay which quite alot of us got it. lever can be adjusted nearer to grip without messing the bitting point. maybe you try adjust idle to 1.5rpm? so when you clutch in, rpm wont drop till engine stall?
when does it stall? when its cold? if cold, try higher idling.
if @ neutral, just die off. either your fuel or air is cut off... i'm just guessing.
easiest way is play with the idle screw 1st. try screw in, see whether the rpm goes up till more than 2K. then slowly adjust it back to 1.5k & see how.

Try replacing the clutch cable, sounds as though its stretched to the limit.

Sounds a good idea, is there any site's which sell OEM ones that you know of?

Also before i invest in a new one, the clutch is still engaging but is the streched out cable going to have this effect of engaging the clutch yet not as seen in the vid? i'll try adjusting it on the lower adjuster see if that makes any difference!

Your clutch is dragging which means the clutch is not disengaging so you will have to adjust the clutch leaving about 2mm of free play at the clutch lever. If an adjustment dose not stop the bike creeping forward when in gear with the clutch lever pulled in then you may have other clutch problems hope this helps rick

Cheers for hte reply nick, i've purchased a new cable, but personally i don't think it's that i think it's the internals possibly the plate's so i'll buy them when i have the ££ then it's practically i whole new clutch! it's a good job the parts are reasonably cheap haha!
