Winters Been Hard

Hi all, Pulled my 76a out of the garage, had the battery on trickle charger all winter. Will not start. Get a healthy 13.8V + from the multimeter. Checked all the fuses all ok,its dead, totally dead. No lights on dash or anything. Tried a new batt just incase it dropped under load but nope. Anybody got a suggestion where I might start fault finding? Any common issues to look out for? Need to get out on my bike man :peace:

Wiring around the head stock area seems to be quite common with these.
Check earth leads aswell.
