Red coloured engine casing on NC30

I've been looking at buying an NC30. There is one for sale that is apparently 'standard' with low miles. In the pictures it has a red engine casing on the right hand side. I assume this is not standard so would lead me to believe it has been stripped at some point.
Do you Honda experts concur? :)

Cheers for the reply. I guess I'll stay away from that one.

PS. I did read through the UK and jap spec differences thread, and a quick glance over the current threads. I guess I missed the one you linked to.

Andy speak to matt uk nc30 hes selling his and for the money your getting a uk spec bike which is higher value than jap nc's

Cheers for the info but he's sold it according to his thread. I've just been bidding on an RVF but the ads been pulled 5 days early, with 16 bids so far.
