Could be a dodgy HT lead or the coil pack is failing when the bike's up to running temperature. Try a new set of HT leads forst of all

Spark plug maybe? Otherwise as you say compression test to rule out mechanicals.

if it was the coils surely 2 cylinders would go not 1?
