He's not gone for upside forks, instead he seems to have some new fangled reverse jobbies!

It's advertised as a 1986 - but it looks more like a 3en1, clocks rear end and swinger, the frame's 3en2 ... the brake master cylinder looks like 3TJ

Looks like a 17" rear too 

Conventional wisdom says to know your limits. To know your limits you need to find them first. Finding your limits generally involves getting in over your head and hoping you live long enough to benefit from the experience. That's the fun part.
