hi, another question , i am going to be sending me forks and shock away for refurbishment but just wondering, how much would it cost and how hard would it be to do myself ? and are there any other shocks or forks that are a near enough straight fit so i can just replace them instead, thanks

Plenty of people on here have fitted modern 600 rear shocks with good results.
Front forks are not too hard to do if you have a little mechanical know how.
